
Regular potatoes turn brown when sliced open

The potatoes I usually consume are decent, but their flavor doesn’t really shine. To discover those unique varieties, you need to explore raw tubers more closely. What you’ll find, however, is often disappointing—nothing remarkable at all. Unlike conventional potatoes, these gene-edited varieties do not discolor when cut, which helps reduce waste as many people discard perfectly edible but discolored potatoes.
