Morning exercise appears to improve bone health in mice

A study in mice suggests that morning exercise may make bones stronger and longer than exercise at night.
Because bone mass begins to decrease during middle age, it's important to continue physical activity as you age, such as running, jumping, and weightlifting, because these activities strengthen your bones and keep them strong, just as strength training strengthens your muscles.
