In addition to morning yogurt and cereals, I am taking more and more supplements. The long brown ones contain the mane of a lion. Mushrooms are thought to be good for anxiety. One small round is Vitamin D – In cloudy London, we feel that without this there is forever a shortage. Something with a chewy texture? Multivitamins. Powder is creatine and my friend swears to keep the brain fog at bay. Next is collagen, which is best known as an essential protein for youthful skin.
