Snails infiltrate exposed leaves that attract birds, while pulsating ice trails with vibrant stripes emerge from the safety of the shade. Larger animals may mistake these ice trails for delectable caterpillars and feathers, leading to the unintentional invasion of a parasite. Saccaniaputris snails are among those affected.
