Breathing oxygen enhances your clarity of thought

When my children are anxious or experiencing a meltdown, I naturally encourage them to take deep breaths. It’s an instinct I’ve learned to trust, especially in moments of panic or when preparing for a presentation. Recent research now indicates that breathing does much more than just supply oxygen to the body; it can transform brain function, diminish anxiety, heighten sensory awareness, and enhance performance. Such discoveries lead me to wonder: Can utilizing your breath more effectively truly improve your day?
