I take great pride in my weekly podcast, which has been released consistently for over five years. It has received several accolades and is listened to in more than 160 countries. We cherish the chance to present science to new audiences while enjoying the casual, personal touch that conversational dialogue brings to science journalism.
Now, it’s time for a change. I’ve revamped the weekly shows and given them a new name: The World, The Universe, Us. Co-hosted by my colleague Penny Sarche and me, we invite expert journalists and scientists each week to discuss the latest in science news and its implications. Covering topics from the evolution of intellect to the enigma of consciousness, and the challenges posed by climate change to the mysteries of dark matter, The World, The Universe, Us offers essential weekly insights into science and wonder during these uncertain times.
This show draws upon New Scientist‘s unmatched reporting depth to provide context for significant stories. Restore optimism and spark curiosity with a podcast that feeds your intellect. As they say, catch it wherever you listen to podcasts. You can also find us on YouTube if you’re interested in seeing us – come say hi!
