Nektar Network is pleased to announce today that Epoch 1 of Nektar Drops will begin on May 1, 2024. This new phase is dedicated to recognizing and documenting the contributions of community members through the daily Nektar Drops they earn by participating with predefined activities within the Nektar ecosystem. This epoch will end on June 1, 2024, or when the network reaches a Total Value Locked (TVL) of 250,000 ETH.
Epoch 1 participants will have the opportunity to earn Nectar Drops by participating in several pre-launch initiatives such as the Enzyme Vault, the Reserve bsdETH Initiative, and the Sommelier Vault.
Specifically, for every ETH deposited in these efforts on the Ethereum mainnet, members will receive 25 Nektar Drops per day. A slightly different reward structure is set up for depositing to Base, with the reward being 20 Nektar Drops per ETH per day.
Nektar drops per day when depositing ETH:
- 25 points/ETH deposited on enzymes
- 25 points/ETH I left it with the sommelier.
- 20 points/ETH left in reserve
- 20 points/ETH Entrusted to Beefy and Aerodrome
- 20 points/ETH Deposit to Extra Fi
Retroactive Nektar drop allocations have also been reviewed, significantly increasing the number of drops distributed to Goerli and Holesky testnet operators by more than 50x. Additionally, her 10x increase was implemented in all other participant categories to better evaluate participants’ activities and contributions.
Referral rewards will be introduced during Epoch 1. This addition is full. The team aims for seamless integration into existing compensation structures.
