AI models designed to create images from text descriptions can create optical illusions that make objects look like different objects depending on how you look at them.
Daniel Gen Researchers at the University of Michigan made slight changes to an existing AI model to create different illusions. From a distance, some of them appear to depict other things. Some have three different images depending on rotation.
