Voice assistants provide information easily

While the conversational tone of an AI chatbot or voice-based assistant may seem like a good way to learn and understand new concepts, when compared to information presented like a static Wikipedia article, it may actually make you more likely to believe inaccurate information.
To find out how the way you receive information affects how you perceive it, Sonia Utz Researchers at the University of Tübingen in Germany and their colleagues asked about 1,200 participants to take part in one of three formats.
