Nonfiction publishing is failing readers. They put out a book with supposedly innovative ideas without worrying about ensuring basic accuracy. Although these books look like academic works, they lack any rigor.
My frustration with this has been building for years, but it finally exploded when I read Yuval Noah Harari’s new book. nexusis full of baseless nonsense, including a hopelessly incoherent definition of the concept of information.
