For the past few weeks, I’ve been in a slump, mainly because my ADHD medication has worn off. As a result, it has become difficult to increase motivation for work such as going to the gym. But last week, when I finally started working out, I had an epiphany. I was told that if I skipped exercise, things would get worse. In fact, physical activity may be the best way for me to combat my ADHD symptoms while I wait for my prescription to be refilled.
My mind always feels a little quieter afterwards…
