On November 21st, a new Russian weapon struck the Ukrainian city of Dnipropetrovsk, with 36 projectiles falling like meteors through the clouds. Russian President Vladimir Putin said this was the first test of a new ballistic missile called Oreshnik, and said there would be more tests in the future.
