This year’s prestigious annual Wildlife Photographer of the Year competition is celebrating its 60th anniversary. We are eagerly anticipating the remarkable results. The Natural History Museum has unveiled several highly acclaimed works from the submissions received this year.
Despite being exceptional pieces, some images did not make it to the final selection.
Featuring captivating images ranging from a stoat exuding joy to a tender moment between two young owls, these early entries are building excitement for the announcement of this year’s winner on 8th October 2024 by BBC wildlife TV presenters and conservationists Chris Packham and Megan McCubbin.
The Wildlife Photographer of the Year awards are curated and presented by the Natural History Museum, London, and the latest exhibition will open at the Museum on 11th October 2024.
