Some turtles flap around when a magnetic field suggests they are about to be fed

The baby logger head turtle “dances” when they expect the actions researchers have used to investigate navigation abilities. By learning to associate magnetic fields with food, this cute display helped show that sea turtles have two different geomagnetic sensations that help them navigate during their epic sea journeys.
