Next week is my daughter’s 5th birthday party and she is really looking forward to the cake. It should be very chocolatey, but it should be a “piñata cake”, meaning that when you cut into it, the sweetness oozes out. The facility must also be large enough to accommodate 30 children and their chaperones.
My big worry is that it can end up being very dry. To achieve the desired size and piñata effect, you will need to bake at least 3 large layers, but you will also need to cut out the center of the cake.
