Australia’s internet watchdog recently tried to force Elon Musk’s social media platform X to prevent users from viewing violent footage related to the Sydney church stabbing. Musk responded by posting a comic showing a wizard-like path and stating, “Don’t just take my word for it, ask the Prime Minister of Australia!”
The court granted an interim order preventing the release of the footage to X users until at least Wednesday afternoon. The case will return to court for further arguments.
