Blood glucose monitors stuck to the arm can be inaccurate when it comes to telling people whether they are at high risk of developing diabetes. The device could suggest different results about whether your blood sugar levels are healthy from day to day, the study found.
These discrepancies suggest that further research in people without diabetes is needed before the monitor can be used to any effect.
