NASA prioritizes sending American astronauts to Mars, a goal supported by President Trump’s candidate to lead the space agency.

The candidate, Jared Isaacman, CEO of Payment Processing Company Shift4 Payments and a close associate of Elon Musk, brings a unique perspective from leading private astronaut flights into orbit.
